Cancellation Policy
  • Single-Day Charter
  1. Free Cancellation: More than 48 hours before service start.
  2. 50% Charge: Between 48h (inclusive) – 24h (exclusive) before service start.
  3. 100% Charge: Within 24h (inclusive) before service start.

  • Multi-Day Charter
  1. Free Cancellation: More than 7 days before service start.
  2. 50% Charge: Between 7 days – 3 days (inclusive) before service start.
  3. 100% Charge: Within 48h (inclusive) before service start.

Special orders follow customer service agreement.
Order Modification Policy
  • Allowed changes: passenger name, contact details, number of passengers, luggage quantity (within vehicle capacity), and itinerary (within service area).
  • Other modifications are not permitted. If needed, the original order must be canceled and a new booking made.
Things to Note
  1. Bookings made within 48 hours are considered urgent orders and may incur higher fees. Advance booking is recommended.
  2. Please provide accurate passenger and luggage information so we can recommend suitable vehicles for your private transportation.
  3. Holiday and peak travel periods may cause price adjustments. Quotes are valid on the day of issue only and must be reconfirmed before payment. Self-service orders without confirmation are invalid.
  4. Service duration is based on the agreed booking time and cannot be interrupted. Early termination due to customer reasons will not be compensated.
  5. Please check your belongings when getting on and off the vehicle. If items are lost, contact the driver or customer service immediately.
  6. Keep the vehicle clean. Avoid eating snacks inside to prevent spills.
  7. In case of unexpected issues during the trip, contact customer service immediately and keep relevant receipts for after-sales assistance.

  • Vehicle: Vehicle usage fee, driver service fee, congestion fee, fuel, empty-mileage fee, tolls & parking. (Driver not required to accompany you off-vehicle.)
  • Driver / Driver-Guide: Chinese, English, or local driver provided (one driver per vehicle).

EXCLUSIONS

  • Extra fees: Overtime fee (＄ 50 per additional hour), out-of-area surcharge, and night service fee (service after 22:00).
  • Meals: Self-arranged — driver can recommend restaurants on request.
  • Tickets & activities: Optional activities & attraction tickets (can be booked by driver upon request).
  • Others: Personal expenses and any items not explicitly listed under inclusions.
