Day 1: Calgary Airport/Downtown Hotel Pick-up - Johnston Canyon - Two Jack Lake (Sightseeing by Car) - Lake Minnewanka - Banff Town - Sulphur Mountain (*Cable Car) -
Falls Garden - Surprise Corner - Banff/Canmore Town

Day 2: Banff/Canmore Hotel Pick-up - Banff/Canmore Town -Crowfoot Glacier (Sightseeing by Car) - Bow Lake - Peyto Lake- Columbia Ice field - Jasper/Hinton

Day 3: Jasper/Hinton Town Hotel Pick-up - Maligne Canyon -Maligne Lake - Lake Louise - Fairmont Château Lake Louise -Banff/Canmore Town

Day 4 ：Banff/Canmore Hotel Pick-up - Castle Mountain -Moraine Lake* - Lake Louise Village - Spiral Tunnels(Sightseeing by Car) - Yoho National Park - Emerald Lake -Natural Bridge - Banff Town (Stopover) - Calgary Downtown/Airport

Inclusions:

Vehicle:4-day tour vehicle service, including fuel costs, toll fees, parking fees, and empty driving/return fees during the itinerary.
Driver:1 driver service (daily vehicle service time: 10 hours, normally(08:00-18:00), including full itinerary driver service fees, tips, meal allowances, and accommodation subsidies for out-of-town stays.
Accommodation:3 nights of hotel fees included in the itinerary (Ctrip 3-diamond rated hotels).
Admission Tickets: Banff National Park, Jasper National Park, Yoho National Park.
Taxes:Including 5% GST (Federal Goods and Services Tax).
Luggage Policy:Each person is limited to one suitcase within 24 inches. If
exceeding the limit, please contact customer service to confirm additional fees.

Exclusions:

Overtime Fees: C$25 per person per hour for exceeding vehicle service time, paid in cash
to the driver.
Meals: Not included (driver can suggest options).
Personal Expenses: Covers laundry, calls, drinks, shopping, paid TV, etc., and any costs not
listed in inclusions.
Travel insurance and optional activity fees not included.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. No-Show on Departure Day:
Participants who fail to arrive on time on the departure day will be deemed to have voluntarily waived their booking, and the paid tour fees will not be refunded.
2. Additional Hotel/Service Bookings:
Refund eligibility for additional hotel bookings or services shall be determined in accordance with the hotel's respective policies.
3. Personal Reasons for Withdrawal:
If the company or guests withdraw from the tour or fail to participate in any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons(e.g., lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), the paid tour fees will not be refunded, and no compensation will be provided in the form of alternative services.
4. Force Majeure Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as adverse weather, war, or strikes that render sightseeing impossible, we will strive to protect the safety of guests and their property. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary and shall not assume any direct or indirect liability caused by force majeure. Paid tour fees will not
be refunded in such cases.
