Cancellation Policy
- Single-Day Charter
- Free Cancellation: More than 48 hours before service start.
- 50% Charge: Between 48h (inclusive) – 24h (exclusive) before service start.
- 100% Charge: Within 24h (inclusive) before service start.
- Multi-Day Charter
- Free Cancellation: More than 7 days before service start.
- 50% Charge: Between 7 days – 3 days (inclusive) before service start.
- 100% Charge: Within 48h (inclusive) before service start.
Special orders follow customer service agreement.
Order Modification Policy
- Allowed changes: passenger name, contact details, number of passengers, luggage quantity (within vehicle capacity), and itinerary (within service area).
- Other modifications are not permitted. If needed, the original order must be canceled and a new booking made.
Things to Note
- Bookings made within 48 hours are considered urgent orders and may incur higher fees. Advance booking is recommended.
- Please provide accurate passenger and luggage information so we can recommend suitable vehicles for your private transportation.
- Holiday and peak travel periods may cause price adjustments. Quotes are valid on the day of issue only and must be reconfirmed before payment. Self-service orders without confirmation are invalid.
- Service duration is based on the agreed booking time and cannot be interrupted. Early termination due to customer reasons will not be compensated.
- Please check your belongings when getting on and off the vehicle. If items are lost, contact the driver or customer service immediately.
- Keep the vehicle clean. Avoid eating snacks inside to prevent spills.
- In case of unexpected issues during the trip, contact customer service immediately and keep relevant receipts for after-sales assistance.
