6-Day Spain In-depth Small Group Tour

If you cancel or change your tour date due to personal reasons, we will deduct the following fees based on the date we receive your cancellation/amendment request:

• Participants are responsible for round-trip transportation to the meeting point and any unlisted transportation connections.
• During UK winter, daylight hours are shorter. Some attractions may be visited during dusk or dark hours. We appreciate your understanding.
• The tour notification will be sent to your email approximately 2 days before departure. Please present your electronic voucher when joining the tour.
• Late arrivals or no-shows will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the tour. We cannot cancel the tour or refund fees for this reason. We are not responsible for any transportation delays before joining the tour.
• In case of force majeure events such as weather, traffic, or temporary attraction closures, or during holidays/festivals/events, some attractions might be viewed externally or replaced with nearby alternatives. Some itineraries might be adjusted but will maintain similar content. Specific arrangements will be determined by the guide on the day and may not be notified in advance.
• For transportation delays, strikes, flight cancellations or other force majeure events requiring changes to accommodations, transportation, or itinerary, we will handle the situation appropriately. Participants cannot oppose these changes or request compensation. Additional costs will be borne by participants.

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by adults. Unaccompanied minors cannot join the tour. Guardians must provide proof of guardianship or parental consent. If the accompanying adult is neither parent nor guardian, they must obtain consent documents from parents/guardians for border crossings, including names and contact information.
• Please provide accurate and complete information during booking, including name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa, etc.), valid contact information (preferably mobile), and accurate flight information or meeting point details to prevent booking errors affecting your travel. You are responsible for losses caused by incorrect information.
• Most European hotels have twin rooms, legally accommodating 2 people per room (adults and children). When the third person is a child under 6 years and under 1.2m tall, some hotels may allow staying in one room (without extra bed). Triple rooms are limited; please inquire and book early. Hotels typically provide one double bed plus a folding bed or three single beds. Each hotel has different deposit methods requiring participant cooperation. We guarantee room quantity but not specific room types or locations. Check-in is usually after 15:00.
• Participants must purchase tickets through the tour guide, not bring their own tickets or use City Pass. Attraction fees and meal costs may change based on official notices, following prices announced on the day.
• We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary order for operational convenience to ensure smooth tour operation, without reducing included items.
• During the tour, guides or drivers may adjust attraction order, stay times, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, etc., to ensure smooth operation.
• If attractions are temporarily closed or on holiday, guides may adjust to external viewing or substitute with other attractions to maintain itinerary richness. Opening hours and flow control of attractions and national parks may change due to pandemic measures. We appreciate your understanding if this affects the itinerary.
• Many attractions require participants to have basic health conditions. Disabled participants should contact our staff in advance for policy information. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.
• Participants must prepare required documents for border crossings. Entry decisions are made by customs authorities. Inability to enter constitutes force majeure, and paid tour fees cannot be refunded.
• Please carefully read the "Tour Participation Terms" before booking. We only fulfill obligations under these terms and conditions. Unless specifically stated in these terms or by law, we do not compensate for any indirect, compensatory, incidental, or punitive damages.
