Itinerary (HOTEL: 3-star hotels)

Day 1: Arrival in Las Vegas – Visit Seven Magic Mountains – Grand Canyon National Park (Hiking and optional Helicopter Experience) – Overnight in Page.
Day 2: Explore Page – Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon – Horseshoe Bend – Lake Powell – Zion National Park – Overnight in Page or Kanab.
Day 3: Travel from Page/Kanab to Bryce Canyon National Park for hiking – Continue to Salt Lake City for overnight.
Day 4: Salt Lake City to Yellowstone National Park – Visit Yellowstone Bear World, Grand Prismatic Spring, Yellowstone Palette, Old Faithful Geyser – Overnight in West Yellowstone Town.
Day 5: Full day in Yellowstone: Mammoth Hot Springs, Hayden Valley, Yellowstone Grand Canyon and Upper Falls, optional Yellowstone Lake Cruise – Overnight in West Yellowstone Town.

Change Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before departure.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 15 or more days before departure.

• No refund for cancellations made within 7 to 14 days prior to departure.

• A $25 fee applies for any changes, including pick-up adjustments, adding participants, or second flight changes.

• No changes allowed within 7 days before departure.

• Reduced orders (fewer people or rooms) incur a $25 fee plus applicable cancellation policy.

• Name or room changes are subject to the same fees and policies.

Special Notes

• No-shows will forfeit their booking with no refund.

• Refunds for extra hotel nights or services follow the respective hotel’s policies.

• No refunds or compensation for mid-tour withdrawal due to personal reasons (e.g., missing documents, illness, accidents).

• Itinerary may be altered or cancelled without refund due to force majeure events (weather, strikes, war).

• Drivers will contact guests one day prior; please keep your phone available.

• Itinerary adjustments may occur due to weather or traffic conditions.

• Early departures are non-refundable.

• Hotel rooms generally have two beds; no extra charges for 3rd/4th guests or children.

• Each guest may bring one 28-inch suitcase; excess luggage is at guest’s risk.

• Not recommended for infants under 2, adults over 75, or pregnant women without waivers.

• Driver/guide service lasts 10 hours per day; overtime ($120/hour) is paid by the guest requesting it.

• Guests causing delays are financially responsible.

• Strict rules apply at Antelope Canyon: no photos on stairs, no bags, no tripods, no carving or littering, no climbing; violations result in removal without refund.

• Children under 8 may require safety seats at $10/day; notify at booking.
