Join a 2–3 hour guided hike on the Matanuska Glacier. Crampons will be provided for safety. Enjoy the most spectacular views under the guidance of a professional guide. Return to Anchorage around 5:00 PM.

  1. Bring hiking boots, a light jacket, spare socks, and sunglasses.
  2. Bilingual (English/Chinese) guide service provided.

  2. Aurora Ice Museum opens at 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy +
  • Booking Changes: Changing departure dates or traveler names is considered a cancellation and requires rebooking.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • 1–5 days before departure: 100% of tour fee
    • 6–10 days before departure: 50% of tour fee
    • 11–15 days before departure: 30% of tour fee
  • Reschedule Policy:
    If travel must be postponed due to force majeure (e.g., flight delays, strikes, illness, or severe weather), we will assist in minimizing loss but cannot cover related costs.
    • 9+ days before departure: No change fee
    • Within 9 days: 25% rescheduling fee plus any confirmed optional items; remaining balance will be applied toward the new booking.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather, government actions, or transport disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Disclaimer: The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings depend on weather and solar activity. We cannot guarantee 100% viewing, but we hope every guest has the chance to witness their beauty.

Schedule: Follow the guide's on-site announcements if different from the itinerary.

Fairbanks Airport Pickup

  • Free pickup for arrivals within designated time slots (13:00–21:00). Provide flight info at booking; without info 72h prior, pickup cannot be arranged.
  • Pickup location: Fairbanks International Airport, Baggage Claim #1. Guests with similar arrival times may share a shuttle.

Partner Hotels Free Shuttle

  • After collecting your luggage at the airport, please call the designated partner hotel to reserve a hotel shuttle bus and provide your personal information to the hotel staff, including your name (in pinyin) and the number of people in your party. After completing the reservation, the hotel shuttle bus will arrive at the airport approximately 30 minutes later.
  • Hotel shuttle bus pick-up point: Fairbanks International Airport, at the designated exit for "Hotel Shuttles, Tour Bus Taxis". If guests arriving at similar times will be on the same shuttle bus, you may need to wait briefly at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.

Fairbanks Train Station Pickup

  • After collecting your luggage at Fairbanks train station, please call the designated partner hotel to reserve a hotel shuttle and provide your personal information to the hotel staff, including your name (in pinyin) and the number of people in your party. The hotel shuttle will arrive at the train station approximately 30 minutes after booking. Hotel shuttle pick-up location: outside the waiting room at Fairbanks train station. If guests arrive at similar times, the airport will be picked up first, and then the shuttle will proceed to the train station. You may need to wait briefly at the train station; your understanding is appreciated.
