Day 1:

  • 10:00–11:00 AM: Visit Ōuchi-juku

  • 3:30–5:00 PM: Explore Ginzan Onsen town (sunset around 4:10 PM)

  • Evening: Return to hotel

Day 2:

  • 8:00 AM: Depart from hotel

  • 9:00–11:00 AM: Zao Snow Monsters Aerial Cable Car

  • 1:00–2:30 PM: Zao Fox Village (closed on Wednesdays; last entry at 3:30 PM)

  • Around 8:00 PM: Arrive back in Tokyo

Notes:

  • Ginzan Onsen town does not require an entrance fee, but the town is illuminated in the evenings.

  • Zao Fox Village entrance fee is not included; tickets can be purchased on-site (approximately $11.00 USD per person).

  • Zao Snow Monsters Aerial Cable Car fee is not included; advance online booking is recommended (approximately $37.00 USD per person).

  • Shopping (some attractions, restaurants, and rest areas may have shopping facilities. These are not designated shopping stops arranged by the travel agency. Please consume rationally based on your needs and request necessary receipts.)


Cancellation Policy

  • More than 10 days before departure (exclusive): 100% refund.

  • 7 to 10 days before departure (inclusive): 50% refund.

  • 6 days before departure (inclusive): No refund.

Disclaimer:

  • Group Formation Disclaimer: This is a shared group tour, and there is a possibility of the group not forming. After placing an order, due to the platform's 48-hour confirmation period, we will proceed with the arrangements. The final confirmation of group formation will be notified at the latest 10 days before departure. If the group does not form, we will refund the payment but cannot provide compensation. Please be aware. Once the group is formed, cancellations or changes will be subject to the page's cancellation policy.

  • Overtime Disclaimer: The daily vehicle service time is 10 hours. If delays occur due to holidays or traffic accidents, the travel agency will bear the overtime fees. If the delay is caused by the guest's intentional tardiness or repeated lateness, the guest will need to pay an overtime fee of ¥5,000 (~$37 USD) per hour directly to the driver.

Booking Notes:

  • After order confirmation, the travel date cannot be changed at will. Any resulting losses must be borne by the guest.

  • Please provide complete information when making a reservation (name, number of people, phone number, WeChat ID, pickup location) to avoid errors that may affect the itinerary.

  • During the trip, please carry and properly manage your passport and valuables. Any loss, theft, or damage is your own responsibility.

  • Elderly individuals, pregnant women, and those with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease are advised to travel with family members. Travelers aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and physically fit for travel and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip.

  • Travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the entire journey.

  • This is a shared vehicle fixed itinerary. Guests are required to adhere to the scheduled times at each attraction and follow the driver's arrangements. If you wish for flexible adjustments to the itinerary, please refer to our chartered tour services.

  • No refunds will be provided for non-participation or termination of the trip due to personal reasons such as lateness.

  • If you leave the group during the trip, it will be considered as an invalid transaction, and no refund will be provided. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, the consequences are your own responsibility.

  • Due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds, the arrival times at various attractions may change. If the itinerary is delayed or canceled due to the above or other force majeure factors, please understand that no refund will be provided.

  • Please wear comfortable and suitable clothing and shoes for the trip.

  • Please strictly adhere to Japanese local laws and regulations. Do not carry items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid legal issues affecting your rights.

  • During free activities, please pay attention to your personal and property safety.


Luggage Information

  • For 1-2 day tours, small groups of 9 people may bring one piece of luggage free of charge, with no size limit. If you plan to bring luggage, please inform us at the time of booking. If luggage overload occurs due to late notice, the travel agency reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided.

  • For 12-person small groups, there is a luggage charge of 100 RMB (~$15 USD) per piece for occupying space. Please notify us at the time of booking if you intend to bring luggage. Late notice resulting in luggage overload may result in refusal to board, with no refund.


Important Reminders

  • Keep Your Phone On: Please ensure your phone is available during the trip for communication with the tour staff.

  • Motion Sickness: If you are prone to motion sickness or seasickness, we recommend you take preventive measures to ensure a pleasant journey.

  • Proper Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes for the activities. Prepare sunscreen, insect repellent, windbreakers, and cameras. If you use sunscreen, please wear a jacket on the vehicle to avoid staining the seats, which are difficult to clean.

  • Personal Belongings: Keep your belongings safe and avoid carrying valuable items. The tour agency is not responsible for any losses or damages during the trip.


Travel Notes

  • Pickup/Meeting: Please arrive at the designated pickup location on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refund will be given for missed trips. This product is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be changed to a different departure or joining point.

  • Group Departure: You are not allowed to leave or deviate from the group during the tour. If you choose to leave the group early, the uncompleted portion will be considered as voluntarily abandoned, with no refund. The traveler assumes all responsibility for any accidents occurring after leaving the group.

  • Departure Time: During peak seasons or special circumstances, departure times may be adjusted (either slightly earlier or later). Please be prepared for such changes.

  • Travel Adjustments: Transportation, tour stops, and the duration of visits may be subject to change based on actual conditions (e.g., traffic, weather). The guide may adjust the order of sightseeing spots with the consent of the group, ensuring that the original itinerary remains intact.

  • Meals: Meals are not included in this product. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are at your own expense. Some restaurants may prohibit outside food, or only allow occupying a seat without ordering, so please take note.

Weather:
This product may be adjusted due to weather conditions. For safety, the tour staff has the right to cancel outdoor activities if necessary, and will inform you of any rearrangements based on actual conditions.
In case of inclement weather or other force majeure factors, certain theme park rides or performances may be delayed, altered, or even canceled without prior notice.
The timing of flower blooms is mainly affected by weather. If the flowers are not at their peak bloom during your visit, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Guests concerned about this are advised to reconsider booking.


Meals:
This tour does not include meals. Guests are responsible for their own dining.


Shopping:
Some scenic spots, restaurants, or rest areas may have shopping venues, but these are not part of the tour arranged by the travel agency. Please consume responsibly according to your needs and retain receipts. Any disputes related to purchases should be resolved by the customer.
Some destinations may have privately operated entertainment or consumer venues that do not possess legal operating licenses, which may pose safety risks. Please exercise caution before engaging in such activities.


Safety Warnings:
Activities such as swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, ice skating, and snow play carry inherent risks. Before participating, please assess your physical condition and refer to local authorities or professional agencies for safety advice.
