Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days: $100 cancellation fee
- 15–30 days: 50% of total tour fee
- Within 14 days: 100% of total tour fee
- The local travel agency reserves the right to adjust the itinerary sequence. Guests missing attractions due to flight issues are not entitled to refunds.
Flight Recommendations
Arrive at Adelaide Airport before 10:00 AM on the first day; depart after 6:00 PM on the last day.

- Daily itinerary times and attraction order: for reference only; guide may adjust on the day.
- Pre-departure info: SMS notification (Australia numbers only) with guide, vehicle plate, and departure time. Non-Australian numbers must contact agency.
- Itinerary changes: agency reserves the right due to vehicle issues, strikes, accidents, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
- Hotel & Airport Transfers: Free pick-up from Adelaide Airport or city hotels. If parking is inconvenient, meet at 85 Franklin St, Adelaide, 5000 Central Bus Station. Extra transport costs due to late arrival are borne by guests.
- Children under 15: must travel with at least one adult. Rooms based on 2 adults per room (double/twin) or 3 adults per room (1 double + 1 rollaway bed).
- Waterhole view rooms: ~99% chance to see wildlife from balcony, including ostriches, giraffes, zebras, addax, blackbuck, curved-horn antelope, Barbary sheep, etc.
- Travel insurance: strongly recommended. No refund for missed tours due to late arrival.
