• Overtime fees: If itinerary delays occur due to guest lateness, a fee of $30 per person per hour applies, payable directly to the driver-guide

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund of order fee

• More than 15 days before departure: 50% refund

• 7 to 14 days before departure (excluding 7 days): 30% refund

• Within 7 days before departure (inclusive): No refund or modification allowed

Notes:

• No refunds or changes if late or unable to join on the scheduled day.

• Changing tour dates is treated as cancellation.

• If cancellation is possible and order is paid but pending, refund policy applies as above.

• Special tours with specific terms override the above policy.

• Customers must compensate actual losses if business loss fees don’t cover company’s losses, up to total order amount.

• Tickets must be purchased through the guide; personal or City Pass tickets are not accepted.

• Ticket prices vary daily; using personal tickets forfeits transport and guide services for that day.

  Strict photography and behavior rules apply:

  • No photos on stairs

  • Follow the Indian guide

  • No carving, littering, unauthorized urination

  • No bags or tripods allowed

  • No climbing
    Violation leads to removal from tour without refund.
