Fairbanks Airport Pickup Service
- We provide free pickup service for guests arriving at Fairbanks International Airport during designated hours (13:00–21:00, based on actual landing time).
- Each booking includes one complimentary pickup if arrival is within the time window. Please provide your detailed flight information when reserving your transfer. If no flight details are received at least 72 hours before departure, we will be unable to arrange the service.
- Pickup location: Fairbanks International Airport, Baggage Claim #1.
- Guests arriving on flights close in time may share a shuttle bus. Short waiting times at the airport may occur—thank you for your understanding.
Anchorage / Fairbanks Airport Partner Hotels — Free Shuttle Service
- Designated partner hotels near Anchorage and Fairbanks airports offer 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service.
- After collecting your luggage, please call your hotel and press “0” to request the shuttle. Provide your name (in Pinyin) and the number of passengers. The hotel shuttle typically arrives within 30 minutes.
